Once an order is placed on our website, it is processed and confirmed within one business day. From there, customers may choose from three delivery methods based on their preference for cost and urgency.

For customers selecting Normal Postage at a rate of Rs 60, the order will be dispatched via standard postal services. Delivery typically takes up to four business days from the date of dispatch. This method is ideal for customers who are not in a rush to receive their items.

Those who prefer faster service may opt for Express Postage at a fee of Rs 90. Under this option, orders are prioritized and sent through express postal channels, with delivery expected within two business days following dispatch. This service provides a quicker alternative while remaining cost-effective.

For maximum convenience, Punta Punti also offers a Home Delivery service. In this case, orders are collected by our logistics partner on the next business day after the order has been placed. The item is then delivered within two business days from the date of pickup, ensuring that the full delivery process is completed within three business days. This option is suitable for customers who prefer to have their order delivered directly to their doorstep without needing to visit a postal outlet.

All deliveries are managed within standard business hours and are subject to the operational schedules of our logistics partners. Customers will be informed via email or SMS once their order has been dispatched, along with tracking details where applicable. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

After your order has been posted through Mauritius Post, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service to notify you when your package is ready for collection at your designated local post office. Should you not receive any notification within the expected delivery timeframe, we recommend reaching out to us directly. Our team will gladly assist in following up with the postal service on your behalf.

Return Policy

At Punta Punti, the safety and hygiene of your little ones are our top priority. As our product range consists of baby and toddler essentials, we maintain a strict no-return policy for health and safety reasons. Once a product has been sold and delivered, we do not accept returns under any circumstances related to change of mind, dissatisfaction, or any other non-fault-related reason.

However, we do acknowledge that errors can occur. Returns will be accepted only in cases where Punta Punti has not fulfilled the order correctly for example, if the customer has received an item that is different from what was originally ordered.

In such cases:

• The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging, and must not have been used in any way.
• Items that show signs of being opened or used will not be eligible for return or exchange under any condition.

Return arrangements will be handled either via a face-to-face meeting or through postage, depending on the customer’s preference and location. All associated return costs in these cases will be covered by Punta Punti.

Refund Policy

In cases where Punta Punti has made an error in processing your order for example, if you receive the wrong item we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, provided the product is returned in its original, unopened condition. However, no monetary refunds will be issued, even in such cases.
